They came to Creatively Disruptive during the pandemic. They had always relied on their loyal in-restaurant diners, so when California mandated carryout and delivery only, they struggled. They were forced to shut down all indoor seating and their two banquet rooms. They resorted to catering or food delivery using their mobile kitchen, which successfully offset their income while the restaurant was shut down. They eventually reopened with take-out offered from Wednesday to Saturday and dine-in only available on Friday and Saturday.
