Which Facebook Ads Are Most Effective?

There is a lot of a grey area here because your goals might be different from someone else’s. If you want to create an ad that will drive your audience to buy a new product, an engagement campaign isn’t what you want. Quick run-through on what each campaign is:

#1: Conversion Campaign: Show your ads to the people who are most likely to take action, like buying something or calling you from your website. 

#2: Store Traffic: Show your ad to people most likely to visit your physical stores when they’re near them.

#3: Catalog Sales: Use your target audience to show people ads with items from your catalog.

#4: Messages: Show people ads that allow them to engage with you on Messenger, WhatsApp, and Instagram Direct.

#5: Lead Generation: Use forms, calls, or chats to gather info from people interested in your business.

#6: Video Views: Show people video ads.

#7: App Installs: Show your ad to people most likely to download and engage with your app.

#8: Engagement: Get more Page likes, event responses, or post reactions, comments, or shares.

#9: Traffic: Send people to a website, app, or Facebook event, or let them tap to call you.

#10: Reach: Show your ads to the maximum number of people.

#11: Brand Awareness: Show your ads to people who are most likely to remember them.

As you can see, each campaign objective will help you accomplish a specific goal! All you have to do is choose the one that best fits within your goals for marketing & let Facebook help you deliver it to the right people! For example, let’s say you want to create an ad that will get people to sign up for a specific promo you are offering. You can do a couple of things: #1: A Lead Generation campaign! This will require people in your audience to either fill out a lead form, call you, or send a message in messenger (All options in a Lead Generation campaign). #2: Conversion campaign! Here you can send people to a particular website or landing page to register online or sign up via contact form! 

Ending note: Even with the new ios14 update and us not able to track all of the data we use, having a Pixel set up on your website/landing page is essential to get the most information out of your ads. This will help determine how well your ads perform or what needs to be adjusted.
