We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Client Relationship Manager. This part-time role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the digital marketing field.
Job Description:
As the Assistant to the Digital Marketing Agency Client Relationship Manager, you will support the CRM in managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and facilitating communication between clients and our production team. You will help keep projects on track, manage administrative tasks, and assist in providing top-notch service to our clients. This position reports to the Client Services Director.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Support:
- Assist in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Help understand client needs and ensure their satisfaction through regular check-ins and follow-ups.
2. Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as a secondary point of contact between clients and the production team.
- Facilitate communication by managing emails, scheduling meetings, and coordinating Zoom calls.
- Prepare and send regular update reports to clients.
3. Administrative Tasks:
- Manage client information and project details using the agency’s CRM system.
- Monitor and update project timelines and deliverables.
- Assist in quality assurance to ensure all work meets the client’s expectations and our quality standards.
4. Task and Work Oversight:
- Keep track of the production team’s progress on client projects.
- Notify the CRM of any delays or issues impacting project timelines.
- Help ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
5. Supporting CRM Activities:
- Assist in identifying opportunities to upsell additional services to clients.
- Help achieve revenue targets by supporting CRM efforts to manage client relationships effectively.
6. Reporting:
- Report directly to the Client Services Director.
- Provide regular updates on client projects and tasks to the Client Services Director and CRM.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and project management tools.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role or digital marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
