Great Job On The Top Of The Page Content Do You Have Clear Call To Action Buttons For Visitors To Take? When a Mom visits your website then you owe it to them to make it easy to take action. This is done using "CTA" Call To Action buttons such as Contact Us and Enroll Online.
Call To Action Buttons Action Place call to action buttons at the top of the page and in the footer of the page and make sure these exist on every page of you website to make it easy for Moms to take action.

Contact Forms Action The first place to install your form is on your contact page. Additionally, have a look at other pages i.e. Birthday parties and decide whether to have a separate form on that page or a Call To Action button through to your contact page

Great job on having Contact Forms On you website Is Your Website Mobile Friendly? If your website is not mobile-friendly, this is a MUST do! Not only is over 80% of the traffic going to your site on mobile but Google will actually rank you based on your mobile-friendliness. Most modern website building platforms automatically are mobile-friendly so if yours is not, it may be time to upgrade to a new platform.
Mobile Friendly This is a much more difficult recommendation as it typically requires some website development knowledge. Depending on whether you are using WordPress, Wix, Weebly or some other website platform will determine the complexity of making your site mobile friendly. It may be that you either need to hire a developer or move to a different website platform.
Tip: If you are using WordPress install the Call Button plugin to add a dedicated Call Now button that will show up at the bottom of your mobile site.
Great job on having a Mobile Friendly website Is Your Website Simple to Navigate & Find What You Need? Make sure your home screen has clickable contact buttons and a navigation menu that makes it easy to navigate to every part of your business.
Website Navigation Action Write down a list of each of your website pages and then categorize them into a layered navigation with top level menu items and for additional pages, sub menu items. It is important to think about what pages should be seen at the main menu and which pages should be sub menus that are hidden until a visitor hovers over them Once done then go into your website menu editor and update it to match your new menu order and layout.
Tip: If you have an online enrollment then add a menu item at the end of your navigation and make it all CAPITALS with a link to your online enrollment page i.e. iClassPro or Jack Rabbit.

When going through each of the sections below, have a look at your site and give yourself a rating of 0-2.
0 = not present at all
1 = somewhat present but needs some work
2 = 100% present and the best it could beDo you have a pixel on your website? Do you have a pixel on your website? Having the pixel (whether you are running Facebook ads or not) is really important because it provides 2-way communication between facebook and your website. This means Facebook can start learning about what is on your site and more importantly who is visiting or who would potentially want to visit your site. This is CRUCIAL if you are planning to run any types of ads as well as it ensures tracking, better audiences targeting and retargeting (basically where you can advertise to people who have been to your site before).
Facebook Pixel Action You will need a Facebook Business Manager account to do this. If you do not have one then go to https://business.facebook.com and create one, its free.
Once you are logged into your business manager account on Facebook then click the main menu icon in the top left and at the bottom of the menu click All Tools and scroll across to Pixels which is under the "Measure and Report" column.
Follow the instructions to create a pixel and then install it on your website. If you have a website that is natively supported and you selected it when creating your pixel then follow those instructions. Otherwise provide the information to your web developer and ask them to install it for you.
Tip:When creating your Pixel keep and eye out for the name of the your website platform as this will make installing your Pixel easier.
Great job on having a Facebook Pixel on your website. Does your logo fit into your profile pic? People expect a level of professionalism and if your profile picture is all cropped odd it will come off as unprofessional and also unclear.
Profile Pic Action Make sure your profile picture on your Facebook page fits within the dimensions so that in your news feed it becomes easily recognizable and professional. Depending on the shape of your logo, and you graphic design abilities you may need to talk your graphic designer to create a version of your logo that fits.
Tip:The profile is a circle but if you create a square version of your logo this will make it it very easy to fit into the Facebook defined area.
Great job on having a great profile pic. Is your About Section Completed? Make sure your “about” section is current. Having your address, phone number, hours, etc. is really important so parents can easily contact you or browse your website for more information.
About Section Action On your Facebook page, in the left column, go to "About" and then go through each of the sections and fill in any missing information and complete any partial information sections.
Tip: Use the products section to list your class types.
Great job on having a great About Section. Do you have reviews enabled? Get lots of reviews and make sure they are current. Reviews and recommendations matter when parents are “shopping” between you and the other Gyms out there. Parents will often go to your reviews to get an idea of what other parents think of your gym. If the reviews are all negative, not current or missing completely, that could be a big flag for a potential new customer.
Facebook Reviews Action
If you do not have reviews then go to your Facebook page and click on Settings, then in the left column select "Templates and Tabs" and scroll down to the list of tabs until you find Reviews. Click the Settings button and enable reviews
If your reviews are not current, or you have just enabled reviews then, every day, make it a point to ask Moms and Dads who are great customers if they would leave a review on your Facebook page.
Tip: If you get a negative review just respond as if you were talking to them fcae to face and with a crowd of other Moms around.
Great job on having reviews on your website. Have you set your page button? Make sure you set your page button. We suggest a button that takes people to your website home page or that allows a Mom to contact you directly from your page.
Facebook Page Action
Hover your mouse over your page button and then select edit and select which button you want people to see.
Tip: If you send people to your website then consider taking them to your classes page or about your gym.
Great job on setting your Facebook Page Button Do you post at least 3 times a week? Consistent posting of content is an important component of staying in front of parents and growing your brand.
Consistent Posting Action
Put a plan in place to post at least three times a week. Think about what your Facebook followers would like to see. i.e. That first forward roll by a tiny tot, a girl finally doing a kip.
Tip: If you struggle for time then ask your coaches to help out.
Great job on having a consistent level of page posting Is there a good ratio of promotional vs why posts? What is the ratio of promotion v WHY posts? Sharing stories can be really powerful and often times can be the thing that parents resonate with the most. We suggest having more stories, highlights and WHY messaging than a “buy now” focus.
Why vs Buy Action
Providing a parent with a promotional post for your gym classes, summer camp or discounted leos is great but it should be the smaller part of your page posting. Spend more time looking for those stories that happen everyday in your gym. Stories of achievement, accomplishment, friendship and challenges overcome are a great way to really connect with your parents.
Tip: Always think what would resonate with a Mom.
Great job on having a good balance of "why" posts
